Shipping Cost
We offer tracked shipping for all orders.
Standard Tracked Shipping
For orders under $60.00: $6.90
Free Tracked Shipping
For orders of $60.00 or more: Free
The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Processing Time:
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, high order volume, or temporary inventory delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
United States: 5–12 business days
Canada: 8–15 business days
Europe: 8–15 business days
Australia: 8–15 business days
Other international destinations: Up to 20 business days
Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package. If your tracking does not update immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to many countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
Some remote areas or restricted locations may not be available for delivery. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you by email.
Discreet Packaging
We understand that privacy matters. OENKO orders are shipped in discreet packaging whenever possible, with no unnecessary product details shown on the outside of the package.
Separate Packages
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
